A timely perspective, Andy. There is something uniquely helpful in human intelligence. What is needed is wholesome education dedicated to nourishing natural human desire for betterment and for healthy human relationships. The love in a human heart is irreplaceable.
AI relies on consensual knowledge. And that is a problem in itself. We know what Einstein said about this when remarking on the limits of popular understanding: "No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it." Similarly, Maitreya has stated that "Anything done outside of awareness leads to destruction."
So, in itself, AI can never come close to higher states of consciousness. Such states, which include the experience of beauty, union with the Soul through acts of great sacrifice, and the understanding of Love itself, cannot be grasped by any machine.
Jesus said, “Whoever knows everything, but lacks within, lacks everything.”
